With another fresh approach to our business: We will only manage 15 exclusive properties in Park City! Compare this to other firms who have over 200 properties to look after. 	Property and property owner first. We strive to maximize the occupancy in each condo, but our first priority is to care for the property and look out for the best interest of the owner. We work hard to book full weeks during the peak times. No one likes to see a 3-night guest booked in the middle of the President’s Day rush! We also do not believe in turning your luxury condo into a barracks, as overstuffing your property can increase the risk of accidents, damage, and abuse.

	No length of time requirement in contract. You will not have to commit to 1 year under contract, ever. Why should you be forced to stay if you are unhappy with the service that a company provides? This puts the pressure back on us to exceed your expectations, and if we don’t then you are free to take your business somewhere else!
